Dumisane Dominic Simelane was born in the late 70's at Pienaar (Msogwaba Township). After the loose of his father, he was forced to stay with his Granny while in Grade.

He commenced his schooling years at Msogwaba Primary and completed matric at Lihawu Senior Secondary School. Due to insufficient funds to further his education, he was forced to work as a general Labour at a construction company for 9 months to save for his childhood dream of becoming a teacher.

After saving enough money he then enrolled and obtained a Diploma in Outcome Based Education and later a Computer and Business Administration Diploma and a Tourism & Hospitality Management Diploma.

He worked for Stanford Business College as an "IT Facilitator" after being voted the Best Student Ever Produced in that Institution (Year 1999) and later joined Damelin as an "IT Lecturer"

After finding lecturing not challenging anymore he worked at a Bank as a Sales Consultant before Joining Radio (Ligwalagwala FM) as a presenter for Saturday and Sunday shows respectively.

He is now Ligwalagwala FM Mzansi popular breakfast show presenter, an SABC station that attracts 1.5 million listeners, based in Nelspruit.

He has just released his second house album titled “From Spy to Sky Vol 2” The masterpiece house album features hit songs such as Efigeni  which is a song promoting respect for women, The Light (motivational song about life) and Yophuza & Ukuta which will keep people on the dance floor.

• Voted the best DJ of 2005/2006 by listeners and DJ's of Ligwalagwala Fm and scooped the "Ligwalagwala FM 2005/06 DJ OF THE YEAR AWARD" which he still defends up to this date
• Won a trip to Germany Soccer World Cup in 2006 after beating all SA Dj's in an ABSA Soccer Competition
• Managed to help the poor in acquiring Houses, ID's, Jobs, Driver?s Licence and is highly involved in a lot of Charity drives throughout South Africa through his "Mzantsi Breakfast Show" segment called "Masakhane" which can be easily translated to "let's build each other" at Ligwalagwala FM
• Voted NO 6 within SA Top 20 hottest DJ's survey conducted by Drum Magazine (March issue 2007)
• Mananging Director of Mad Man Trading CC, which specialises in Training, IT, Tourism and hospitality, Conferencing, Tours, Event Management, Cleaning & Supplies.
• Chosen by the Department of Roads & Transport to be a "Provincial Road Safety Ambassador"
